The launch event of Heritage Dialogues and opening seminar on 4.02 in the Jekt trade museum includes lectures, concert, exhibition, and a photo program from partners in Norway and Estonia. It is dedicated to the cultural capitals of Europe Bodø 2024 and Tartu 2024.

Heritage Dialogues opening seminar on 4.02 introduces the heritage values of coastal landscapes and is led by ICOMOS Norway and ICOMOS Estonia. Presenters in the symposium are from Norway and Estonia - Arnstein Brekke, Ave Paulus, Olaug Olsen, Ingrid Lien, Steinar Aas... The concert of Jan Gunnar Hoff, Villu Veski, and Kristian Blak will conclude the launch event. The artworks of Estonian artists Anne Türn and Toomas Tuul will be exhibited.
