Three days devoted to Via Querinissima, a cultural route that links Europe from the Mediterranean to the Arctic. This is a European cultural route inspired by the dramatic and compelling adventure of Pietro Querini. Querini, a Venetian merchant, had to travel from Heraklion (Crete) to Bruges in 1431 with a cargo of products. During the journey, he encountered a storm that pushed him to the island of Røst in the Arctic, where he was welcomed and hosted by the local fishing community. Thus began an adventure that forged a commercial, and cultural bond, uniting Nordland with Italy and Europe for centuries.

Three days of events dedicated to the values conveyed by Querini's adventure: hospitality, solidarity, mutual understanding, and the exploration of other cultures.
