Few artists are more likely to put a big smile upon your face and make you dance all night than Fieh. This lovely gang has been here a number of times, and have long since become loved members of our Trevare family. This year, they make their way north in the middle of summer - making one of our most highlighted concert nights this year! Ah, what a time to be alive - Join in! FIEH: Like D'Angelo's the Vanguard, straight outta the rural Norwegian countryside, Norwegian 8-piece Fieh emerged with breakthrough single "Glu" in 2017. The song landed on the soundtrack for EA Sports' video game FIFA 20 and Fieh quickly rose to local and international fame thanks to broad support from the likes of Clash Magazine, DIY Magazine and The Fader.     The powerful ensemble, known for their ecstatic live shows, consists of a group of friends that have been playing together for a long time, constantly honing their sound and skills. Being hugely talented musicians, they function effortlessly together as a super tight unit, where each member brings his or her taste and influences into the mix.    In 2022 the band released their highly anticipated sophomore album. In the Sun in the Rain was recorded with famed Norwegian musician and producer Lars Horntveth (Jaga Jazzist, The Staves, Kimbra) and mixed by the legendary "Analog Ninja" Russell Elevado. Known for his work with D'Angelo, Angélique Kidjo and The Roots, among others, Elevado amplified the band's intentions in the studio, and helped their live appeal shine through on the record.     The band has toured extensively in support of the record – a full festival summer in Norway, with a club tour in Scandinavia and Germany. The album release coincided with a busy trip to SXSW (5 shows) – and with stops in New York at the New Colossus festival (3 shows) and the New New Festival in Dallas.    The ambitious group, spearheaded by the creative force that is frontwoman and main songwriter Sofie Tollefsbøl, is already in the process of recording their next album and are looking to build on the momentum created by In the Sun in the Rain.
