"ARCTIC STORYWORLDS: FROZEN MATTERS" is not just an exhibition but a journey into the heart of the Arctic environment. It uses the power of storytelling to weave the intricate tapestry of this region. Curated by Olga Zaslavskaya, Vera Kuklina, and Tatiana Degai, this exhibition is a collaborative effort, bringing together the expertise of scholars, the creativity of artists, and the wisdom of Indigenous knowledge-holders. This dynamic process unfolds through a variety of interactive and immersive activities, including art-science convergence meetings, immersive field studies, arts-based collaborations, talking circles, and crafty storytelling.
This exhibition is part of Arctic Congress Bodø 2024 and the only congress event open to the public. Visit the exhibit and get a glimpse into the merging of art and research.
