Welcome to the book launch of "THE FLOOR IS LAVA" with Ståle Gerhardsen at Craig Alibone Pâtisserie & Campagneria in Bodø.

"THE FLOOR IS LAVA" is a book filled with Ståle's art and ideas. In the book, you will find wall paintings Gerhardsen has made around the world, exhibitions, embroideries and decorations. Ståle has been in people's homes and documented how people live with his art, and in addition to his own thoughts and observations, he has received textual contributions from Åge Aleksandersen, Trygve Skaug, Sigurd Wongraven and several curators and gallerists (both international, national and local). . The book is full of creative joy and is a dive into Ståle's world and way of thinking.

Jørgen Nordeng (Tungtvann, Polardegos, and a thousand other cool things) will book bath with Ståle. It's time for a chat downstairs with robber stories and embroidery of caramels from the book.
